01Brief
We agree who the website is for, what visitors need to do and which pages or features are required. This becomes the reference point for every design decision.
02Design direction
The homepage sets the typography, colour, imagery and layout. You review that direction before it is applied to the rest of the website.
03Website build
The approved design becomes a responsive website for desktop, tablet and phone. Navigation, forms, accessibility and loading performance are considered as it is built.
04Review and launch preparation
You review working drafts in the browser. After the agreed changes, the pages, links, forms, content and screen sizes receive a final check.

01Content and navigation
Pages are organised around what visitors need to find and do. Existing words and images are reviewed early so missing content does not hold up the design.
02Responsive design and accessibility
Layouts are checked from wide screens to small phones, with readable contrast, keyboard focus, clear headings and labelled forms included in the build.
03Final checks and launch needs
Page titles, descriptions, image treatment, links and forms are checked. Hosting, domains, updates and support are confirmed in the proposal for each project.
